Special thanks to Fou (Tanner) Linder, OHS ’50, who sent me several old obituaries from the Cincinnati newspapers, to my sister Marsha Luke, OHS ’63, who helped me find an old obituary in the Aiken, SC, newspaper, to Paula Vaughn of Waupaca Co. WI who sent me some early Appleton WI obits, and to an old college friend, Gerry Otteni, who sent me an obituary from the Erie, PA, newspaper. If you have an obituary of an OHS classmate that you would like to have posted, please send it to Bob.Oliphant@oberlin-high.org. Also, if you have the date (and place, if known) of death of a deceased OHS classmate but no obituary, please let me know, and I will try to locate the obituary. I have access to many newspapers on-line through Ancestry.com, NewsBank, and other sources, as well as many papers on microfilm at the Boston Public Library and elsewhere.
