Spanish Exchange Student Arrives in Oberlin
Spanish exchange student Charles Ruiz (left [in photograph]) arrived in Oberlin Sunday, after sailing from Spain to New York where he was met by (left to right) Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wallace, Russia Rd., and their sons, Robert, 11, and Charles, 15.

 Seventeen-year-old Charles Ruiz of Madrid will live with the Wallaces for approximately one year and will enter Oberlin High School in September as a senior. The visiting youngster hopes someday to be an engineer, if he isn’t sidetracked by football, fishing, swimming and collecting stamps and other hobbies which he enjoys. Charles has already completed high school in Madrid and speaks English
