2000

My husband, Charles, and I will celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary in November, 2000. We have two grown sons. Our oldest son served in the Navy and does factory/warehousing work. He is married and has two boys, three and four years of age. Our youngest son is an orthopedic surgeon and is not married yet. My husband also has a daughter and two grand-daughters, ages nine and fourteen, in CA.

My husband is retired from General Motors after approximately thirty years. I worked for the state of Ohio for approximately fifteen years. Before we had left Ohio, I had opened my own silk floral shop, specializing in weddings. After retiring, we decided to move to a warmer climate. We have lived in Montgomery, AL approximately five years now. We love the warm weather and our health has certainly improved. My husband likes to do odd jobs and church work. I work with the Meals-on-wheels every week at our church. I love to shop and go to estate sales and I also do ceramics.

We are 2 ¼ to 4 ½ hours from Atlanta, New Orleans, Bilouxi, MS, Memphis, TN, FL and the list goes on and on. Needless to say, we love it and we get a lot of company. So, if ever any classmates are down our way, would love to have you stop by !!
