Wow, twenty five years went quick. Same wife and same job. They are both interesting.

Delta and I went to the dogs! Shows that is, for 20+ years. We finished 10-12 champions in West Highland White Terriers then 2 English Toy Spaniels. We went to England three times and brought back dogs. I was show chairman of the Sandusky Kennel Club in 1980, 1981 and 1983.

In 1990 I got started in Sliding seat open water rowing on Lake Erie. Rowed in a Cancer Society fund raiser event from Sandusky to Kelley's Island (10 meter) three times and was 1st in the "open water" class of 4 boats in 1993.

At Nelson Stud Welding I worked with quite a few Oberlin people (Arnold, Kilmer, Friedly, Piraino, Barr, Robinson, Rybarcyk, McGinnis). Boyd Robinson Jr. was in our class until 4th or 5th grade when they moved to Philadelphia. Boyde Sr. was OHS football coach in the late 1940s until about 1952 and then managed Nelson's Philadelphia warehouse. Boyd Jr. graduated from Ohio Wesleyan and became a salesman for Nelson and eventually the Sales Manager. Late in 1993 he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He died in the spring of 1995. During the summer and fall of 1994 his wife Mary Jo would bring him to work and I would take him home. This had a profound effect n me. As a result on December 18, 1994, I was born again.
