After OHS, I attended Kent State University where I met and married Tom Good. After graduation, I taught elementary school in Hudson, Ohio. Tom took a position with 3M Company, who saw to it that we moved throughout the Midwest and Europe before settling us in St. Paul, MN in the late 70's. We have two sons who followed along as we moved around. One is married and they have a beautiful 9-year-old daughter, who is a true joy! When we moved to St. Paul, I decided to go into special education and followed up with an M.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas. In 1999, I retired from the St. Paul Public Schools District, but I continue to volunteer with children--tutoring reading and developing language skills. Tom and I both have sand in our shoes and particularly enjoy Elderhostel trips and service travel.
